Tarot Tuesday – The Universe

I know I skipped a week when I didn’t do a Tarot Tuesday.  I was hoping you might not have noticed!  LOL!  I knew in the beginning that I would have a hard time doing something weekly, but semi-weekly… semi-monthly… whatever.  I’m doing it now.  haha!  I guess I’m posting on PST (Pagan Standard Time).

Tarot Tuesday

Ok, so I know, it’s not Tuesday AGAIN!  I’d start calling it Tarot Wednesday, but then I’d end up doing it on Thursdays… and it would just continue down the week until it was back on Tuesdays.  So we’ll just pretend, whatever day I actually post these on, is, in fact, Tuesday.  LOL!  I am posting more often though, and that’s what the whole idea is all about.  So here is today’s Tarot Tuesday! While I was on my “quick trip” to Southern California for Samhain, I picked up my new athame.  I went to The Enchanted Crystal, which is up in Running Springs, CA. and was looking around, mostly for an athame, but well… it’s a New Age store, I”m a pagan, do I really  need to explain why I was in the store?  LOL!  Anyway, I saw this really great “hidden” athame, which looked like a tree but the top branch came out and was an athame.  I looked at the price and it was well within my budget.  AFter about 5 minutes of me staring at the athame, Zenah, the owner of the store, came up and started talking to me about the athame.  She asked me about what other things I had on my altar, and then suggested I look at other athames in the store for comparison.  That’s when she showed me this one!

Sunday I went a little crazy with a couple of friends of mine.  We drove from Las Vegas to Big Bear to San Bernardino AND RETURNED the same day all to go to a Samhain Ritual by Ecclasia.  We started out from Vegas at about  10:30 am, got to big bear at almost 3pm and then had dinner at 5pm, got to the ritual at 6pm.  Left there and started back up to Big Bear around 9pm.  Finally arrived at home at 2:30 am.  I was exhausted!  But I was also glad we did it.  It’d be a long time since I had gone to a ritual with Ecclasia, so I go to see my High Priestess and Priest and several other friends that I’ve missed.  So that was wonderful!

I was going to talk about cords in my last post because I mentioned the boys going through their Brown Cording next week.  Then I realized that if I talked about cords, that post would end up much longer than I really wanted it to be.  So, I figured the best thing to do was dedicate a whole post just to cords.  This is that post.
