The Missing Secret: How to Use the Law of Attraction to easily Attract What You Want… Every Time

The Missing Secret – By Dr. Joe Vitale, author of the Attractor Factor & Think & Grow Rich. Has created a new home study course on making the Law of Attraction work for you every time. I’m not quite half way through the course and I have learn so much from it. It’s truly amazing!

He uses his 5 steps that he wrote about in “the Attractor Factor” as the basics of this course. But section 3 is “the Missing Secret”. He explains, in detail, how to use the Missing Secret to make The Law of Attraction work for you every time. So far, I’m amazed. I wrote a few days ago, maybe a week ago, that I had manifested the Stiumlas Package into my bank account, well that happened right after I was studying this course.

That’s what I”m going to be doing with my afternoon now. I’m feeling the need to gear myself up and make things happen now! The best way to do that is with this course. I know, that once Steve sees that The Law of Attraction works, then he’ll feel better. And maybe he’ll start learning it too.

Oh yea, I almost forgot to tell you how I got a hold of this. The Universe sent it to me. One day, I got a letter, in the regular mail, not email, from Joe Vitale’s publishers announcing this course. Of course I was interested, but I couldn’t afford to buy it, no matter how much it was. So at first, I didn’t really look too hard at the letter. Then it started bugging me. How did they get my home address?

I mean, it’s not hard to do, but it’s not something that is all that easy either. They’d have to LOOK for it. I rarely put my home address into any websites for free stuff, and I hadn’t bought anything that was connected to Joe Vitale. So how did I get this in the regular mail? If it had come to me by email, I wouldn’t have been surprised, and wouldn’t have taken a second look at it. But it came through snail mail.

I had to look at the letter again. I read it, and it said to fill out the order form, and I’d get a free 30 day trial of this new ecourse. I read the whole thing again, looked at the envelope. Yea, this was addressed to me at my home! Ok, so it was for me, but where was the order form? Where was it asking for my credit card number so they could charge me Xmillion dollars a month after I forgot to cancel on day 29? I looked through everything, no order form.

So I reread the letter. As it turned out, the letter ITSELF was the order form. Had my name, address, code number and the fax number to send it to. WHAT??? I didn’t even have to sign it! I looked at the envelope again. It defiantely had MY name on it, and MY home address. LOL! So, I figured, that if the Universe was going to go to all that trouble to HAND me something that I needed, that I damn well better send for it! Of course, I half expected to get a huge bill in the mail long before I got the course. Or a letter saying there was a mistake. But that hasn’t happened yet. I don’t think it’s going to either.

I’ve been studying the course, and today I’m going to finish it. I’ll let you all know how it goes after I’m done!

I just love these quotes that come into my email every day.  This one in particular made me feel really good.  It’s so true, the better our thoughts get, the easier it gets to reach for those better thoughts. 

I have felt the change in my life since I started learning about the Law of Attraction, and using it in my everyday life.  It’s amazing how wonderful it all feels.  I still struggle with negative thoughts, but they are getting fewer and farther between.  These daily quotes, and others that I get in my email, help tremendously!  They make it easier to combat the negative thoughts by giving me so many wonderful positive ones.

I found this really great project through The Domestic Witch.  I thought that this is a wonderful idea.  Being a Christian Witch, I often find that sometimes Pagans are more intolerant of my beliefs than even Christians are.  So I wanted to have this on my website to remind everyone to be more tolerant  I suggest that if you believe in these same ideals that you should join in the project.

Project Pagan Enough seeks to say that – no matter your beliefs, practices, looks, or loves – you are pagan enough. We can argue theology back and forth all day long and disagree with one another’s fluff-factor until the cows come home, but it is high time that we stop denigrating one another’s level of being pagan. Paganism does not have a set definition, and there is definitely not a dress code or music-loving requirement.

If you listen to Lady Gaga right alongside Kellianna, you are still pagan enough. If you don’t mind wearing Abercrombie & Fitch, Prada, or other name brand, mainstream clothing to the local pagan festival, you are still pagan enough.

Also, Project Pagan Enough seeks to encourage members of the pagan community to be more tolerant of other religions, beliefs, and practices. What do I mean? Aren’t we the most tolerant of all faith-based communities? Well, what happens when you hear the word ‘Christian?’ Are you still that tolerant, loving, inclusive pagan?

Many of us, and this is not specific to Paganism, choose not to really understand other faiths. Thus, we base our ideas of that faith on actions of the people that practice it. We say that Christianity is a mirror of the Christians who claim it as their faith. But, this is a horrible method of learning about other faiths, just like trying to learn Paganism by looking at the actions of self-proclaimed Pagans. People kill in the name of all faiths. People hurl insults in the name of all faiths. People foster hatred and jealousy and ill-will and harm in the name of all faiths. Project Pagan Enough seeks to say that we should be secure enough in our beliefs and ourselves to truly tolerate other religions and stop laying blame for what we consider to be the evils of the world on the doorstep of other faiths.

So, Project Pagan Enough is a movement, a cause, a Harmonious Riot that includes bloggers, podcasters, pagans, non-pagans, me, you, and the whole pagan community. It is my hope that the Project Pagan Enough logo becomes a beacon of progress and change for those of us living a magical life. By putting the Project Pagan Enough icon on your podcast’s site, blog, or other website, you’re making a set of promises:

1. You are pagan enough, despite how you look, act, smell, dress, believe, or are.
2. You recognize that others are pagan enough despite their appearance, smell, manner of dress, belief, practice, or other aspect.
3. You recognize that you can have an academic debate on the finer points of belief or practice, but that it does not take away from someone else’s level of being pagan.

Like the points of the pentacle, these 5 tenets of Project Pagan Enough work together and will, I hope, launch our community into a new era of tolerance, love, and all of the qualities we like to think we have.

Meaning Monday:  Invocation Vs. Evocation

I decided to give a little understanding on the differences between Imvocation and Evocation.  Though they are very similar in meaning and substance they are very different in actuality.  Below you will find the actual dictionary definition of each, but there is a little difference in how we use them as Pagans and Wiccans.

in·vo·ca·tion

[in-vuh-key-shuhn]–noun

1. the act of invoking or calling upon a deity, spirit, etc., for aid, protection, inspiration, or the like; supplication.
2. any petitioning or supplication for help or aid.
3. a form of prayer invoking God’s presence, esp. one said at the beginning of a religious service or public ceremony.
4. an entreaty for aid and guidance from a Muse, deity, etc., at the beginning of an epic or epiclike poem.
5. the act of calling upon a spirit by incantation.
6.the magic formula used to conjure up a spirit; incantation.

ev·o·ca·tion

[ev-uh-key-shuhn, ee-voh-key-] –noun
1.an act or instance of evoking; a calling forth: the evocation of old memories.
2.Law. (formerly) an action of a court in summoning a case from another, usually lower, court for purposes of complete review and decision, as on an appeal in which the issue is incidental or procedural and the court of first instance has not yet rendered a decision on its merits; the removal of a case from one court to another.

From my teachings from Ecclasia:

Invoking – To call forth into a space and/or yourself energy from the Higher Realms (Godhead, Deity, Angles)

Evoking – To call forth into a space, not ourselves, energy from our realm and the Lower Realms (i.e. parts of ourselves, Watchers, or Elementals).

Basically the difference between the two words is WHAT you are bringing forth from another realm and where you are bringing it to.  If  you are calling upon a Deity to come into your circle, you are Invoking that deity.  If you are calling the Watchtowers of the directional quadrants, then you are Evoking them.  If you are Drawing Down the Moon, then you are Invoking the moon.   If you are calling upon the elemental of water, then you are Evoking the water elements.

I was always taught that it’s like the difference between how you, as an adult, treat authority figures and your children (or other children).  Authority figures you treat with respect for their position, where as children, you treat them with respect, but as children.  You are the authority over a child, and must treat them as such.  The same goes for Deity versus Elementals.  Deity must always be treated with the utmost respect for who they are.  Whereas Elementals need to be commanded with more authority.

This is why when you call upon the God & Goddess during your ritual, you are respectful, flattering, and pleading to them to come to the circle.  You never demand that they be there for you, you ask politely.  However the elements or the directional Watchtowers, you’ll command them to come to protect the circle and be there to watch over those who participate.  Of course it’s commanding with respect, but still a command none the less.

It’s kind alike this.  I “ask” my mom politely if she’ll let my sons stay the night at her house.  I know she’ll more than likely say yes, but I always ask her and will always take no for an answer if she decides to say no.  Where as my boys, I tell them to take the trash out, and they do not have the option to tell me no, period.  But I still tell them politely… unless they give me attitude, then I’ll get grouchy!  LOL!  I see deity and elementals in the same way.

This is why there are specific “calls” for Watchtowers or Elementals, but when calling Deity, it is best if it comes from the heart.  Deity love to hear the songs that we sing from our souls.  The Watchtowers and Elementals need to know who is in charge.

Tarot Tuesday – The Universe

I know I skipped a week when I didn’t do a Tarot Tuesday.  I was hoping you might not have noticed!  LOL!  I knew in the beginning that I would have a hard time doing something weekly, but semi-weekly… semi-monthly… whatever.  I’m doing it now.  haha!  I guess I’m posting on PST (Pagan Standard Time).

Description of Card:

This is a beautiful sky clad woman wrapped in wisps of smoke.  She is floating up in the heavens.  Clouds shaped in the symbols of the elements are in each of the four corners.  Her left leg is bent behind her right to form a cross, also reminiscent of “The Hanged Man” tarot card.  Around her is a circle made up of smaller circles.  At the top of the card is the bottom of a purple sphere and a the bottom is the top of an ochre one.

Interpretation:

Birth, death.  Beginnings, Endings, completion.  Manifestation about to occur.  Reversed - Reaching for higher things, aims, desires, aspirations, reaching for that which is beyond the physical.

My Interpretation:

Here is the Goddess in all her glory.  She is surrounded by all of the Universe.  She is you.  She is me.  We are connected to her, the universe, and everything that is in it.  No matter what we do, where we go, what we say, we are her children.  And like all mothers, she watches us make our mistakes, lets us learn from them, and then picks us up, dusts us off, kisses our foreheads, and sends us back out to make more mistakes.  We may be starting something, or ending something.  No matter where we are in the process of our lives, she is there watching us, waiting, and loving us the entire way.  Know that you are not alone, and you are loved.  YOU ARE THE GODDESS!!  All things that you do are in her name!

Meaning Monday – Aspects

 From  Dictionary.com:

as·pect [as-pekt] –noun

1. appearance to the eye or mind; look: the physical aspect of the country.
2. nature; quality; character: the superficial aspect of the situation.
3. a way in which a thing may be viewed or regarded; interpretation; view: both aspects of a decision.
4. part; feature; phase: That is the aspect of the problem that interests me most.
5. facial expression; countenance: He wore an aspect of gloom. Hers was an aspect of happy optimism.
   bearing; air; mien: warlike in aspect.
6. view commanded; exposure: The house has a southern aspect.
7. the side or surface facing a given direction: the dorsal aspect of a fish; the northern aspect of the house.

From Ecclasia’s Teachings:

Forms, facets, or personas of Deity:  for example, Brighid, Iseult, Eos, and Kore are all aspects of the Maiden, and the Maiden is an aspect of the Goddess.

In Wicca, an Aspect is generally used in refrence to the God or Goddess.  An Aspect of the Goddess would be the various Goddesses that you find through out history and from every culture.  Each Aspect of the Goddess is different in some way.  You’ll find aspects of the Goddess who are protectors of children or women, those who are huntresses, and those who are guardians of a particular virtue. 

One of my personal favorite Goddesses or aspect of the Goddess is Ma’at, the Egyptian Goddess of Truth & Justice.  I found out about Ma’at when researching her for a Goddess report I was doing for my Wicca Class.  I knew I wanted to write about a Goddess of justice, being a Libra that was important to me.  I had never heard of Ma’at before, which I also liked.  The more I read about her, the more I liked her.  I now have a statue of her (and one of Anubis who is said to be her mate) for my altar.

Most people find an affinity to one specific aspect of the Goddess & God.  Sometimes you are called to that aspect by a dream, vision, or just out of curiousity & research.  However you find a Goddess or God that you feel close to, even if it’s just for a short time, is the “right way”.  There are also some people who never feel a special bond with any specific God or Goddess, and this is alright as well.  There is never a right or wrong way to worship or believe.  So if you don’t feel a calling to any one aspect, don’t try to force it.  Let the God & Goddess come to you, eventually one will feel closer to your soul than others, when the time is right for you.
