Dina @ Walking Within the Spiral started this wonderful writing prompt:  What do you belive?  Being Yule/Christmas I decided I had to join in.  Here are the 10 things that I believe.

1. I believe in Santa Clause.  Too many times in my children’s lives, and in my extended family as well, I have seen christmas miracles happen.  When a child has their heart set on one gift from Santa, and it’s no where to be found, until suddenly the parent finds in behind boxes on a shelf in another department, not the toy section, and it’s the only one the store has… who else could do that, but Santa?  My youngest one year decided he wanted a castle toy set, and I couldn’t find it at any of the toy stores, they were all sold out.  I started looking online, finally found one store that still had some in stock.  It was Dec 22nd, and all I could do was HOPE that it would get to us ontime.  It came to us in the evening of Christmas eve.  Who else could make that happen but Santa Clause?
2. I believe that the Universe is loving and kind and wants us to have everything that our hearts desire and that all we have to do is ask for it.
3. I believe that life really is that simple, but us humans have a tendancy to make things harder on ourselves, but I don’t know why we do that.
4. I believe that there is nothing that makes me feel more divine and closer to the Goddess than to look at my children and know that I created them in my body.
5. I believe in magic of all kinds, and that magic only fades when we stop believing in it.
6. I believe that there is no one true religion, and that they all have it right AND wrong, and that if more people understood that, then we’d all be a little closer to getting it right.
7. I believe in myself, to be able to grow and learn, and create and give and do everything that I set out to do and that even when I try to sabatoge myself, I will still succeed and create abundance for myself and my family.
8. I believe that Jesus was “A” son of God, but that there were others as well, and they were only slightly more divine than the rest of us.  Maybe their divinity was more in that they “knew” of their divinity better than we do, and knew how to use it.
9. I believe that love will and does conquer all, but sometimes we just don’t understand how.
10. I believe that there is more in the etheral & astral planes than we could possibly imagine, and that when we are able to touch it breifly we recieve wonderful spiritual gifts.

So there you have my 10 beliefs. I hope you’ll join in on this very spiritual prompt.  I had to delve a little deeper than normal, because Dina took all of my answers.  LOL!  But that made it more of a challenge, which is always good.  Thank you Dina!
