This is something I use all the time.  I found it through one of my web surfing exbiditions through Law of Attraction.  I was looking for something that could help me with my affirmations and keeping my positive outlook going throughout the day.  The Universe brought me to the Dream Manifesto Wizard.

Basically,  you can either use the included affirmations, or make your own.  You then set up how often you want it to run (hourly, daily, or randomly), tell it how long you want it to run, and which affirmations you want to use.  YOu can even add audio to the program!  Which is great, because you can either add a nice new age soundtrack, or record yourself reciting the affirmations!

I have mine running on random, it pops up randomly telling me it’s time to use the law of attraction, and then it slowly plays through a few affirmations, also set on random.  There’s also pictures that you can put with each of the affirmations, again there are some preloaded or you can add your own.
